Sick House

I got the flu last week. On Friday I had a fever of 102.3, worse fever I have ever had as an adult. I still have this awful cough, but I am feeling better.

Now Ruben has the flu. Poor guy! I am just praying that Leah does not get it.

Sad Thought

As I was washing the dishes tonight, I started to think about my menopause. All of a sudden I got very emotional, I just realized that I may not be able to have any more kids. That my miscarriage in 2009 might have been my last chance.

I know I have a wonderful, gifted daughter. Believe me I am so very thankful for her. But, I really wanted another child. Tonight, I just realized how much.

I have to think logically though, it most likely will not happen for me.
